The Senior Project Engagement Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic participant engagement and recruitment initiatives that support qualitative research projects across key client accounts. This role partners closely with Project Management, Recruiting, Panel Development, and Operations teams to ensure successful participant acquisition, panel growth, and client satisfaction. The Senior Project Engagement Manager drives innovative recruitment strategies, optimizes engagement programs, manages budgets, and leads team members to deliver exceptional project outcomes. 

Key Job Responsibilities 

• Drive the development of innovative and scalable participant sourcing strategies, independently identifying new recruitment avenues, partnerships, and engagement opportunities to meet evolving client and business needs. 

• Drive these projects from conception to completion with minimal supervision, anticipating roadblocks and implementing solutions proactively. 

• Partner with Project Management, Recruiting, and Panel Development teams to ensure participant acquisition efforts align with project requirements and client expectations.  

• Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.  

• Identify, evaluate, and implement innovative recruitment channels, partnerships, and community outreach initiatives to expand participant reach and improve conversion rates.  

• Oversee referral, grassroots, and specialized recruitment programs, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and strong return on investment.  

• Monitor and analyze recruitment performance metrics, providing recommendations and implementing improvements to drive operational excellence and project success.  

• Manage project-related budgets and recruitment investments to maximize effectiveness and achieve business objectives.  

• Establish and maintain relationships with external organizations, vendors, community partners, and other strategic stakeholders.  

• Support broader panel growth initiatives and contribute to strategic programs that enhance participant engagement and data quality.  

• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. 

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in market research, participant recruitment, panel management, project management, or a related field.  

• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing recruitment or engagement strategies that drive measurable business results.  

• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization.  

• Prior people leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience preferred.  

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.  

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
