We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Support Engineer to join our Separation Equipment team as a key technical expert.

In this role, you will provide advanced technical support across our separation portfolio, acting as the escalation point for complex troubleshooting, commissioning, performance optimisation, and condition-based monitoring activities. You will work closely with Field Service Engineers, Sales, Projects, Workshop, and Spare Parts teams, while also supporting customers across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Service Engineer or Product Specialist looking to take on a senior technical support position with the opportunity to influence service delivery, equipment reliability, and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide expert technical support across the separation equipment portfolio.
• Act as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues and equipment breakdowns.
• Work closely with OEMs and engineering teams to develop solutions and resolve technical challenges.
• Support the commissioning, optimisation and performance improvement of customer equipment.
• Review and triage technical support tickets, ensuring issues are managed and escalated appropriately.
• Identify recurring failures and provide recommendations to improve equipment reliability.
• Lead and coordinate complex service activities both on customer sites and remotely.
• Deliver technical training to engineers, service teams and customers.
• Support project installations with specialist technical expertise.
• Set up, monitor and analyse Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM) systems.
• Produce CBM reports and provide recommendations based on equipment performance data.
• Build strong relationships with customers, internal teams and equipment manufacturers.
• Contribute to improved service delivery and identify opportunities to enhance customer support.

Your Profile / Qualifications

We are looking for someone with strong technical expertise in separation equipment and a passion for solving complex engineering challenges.

• An engineering qualification gained through an apprenticeship, degree or equivalent industry experience.
• At least 5 years' experience working with separation equipment in a Service Engineer, Technical Support or Product Support capacity.
• A strong understanding of troubleshooting, commissioning and equipment performance optimisation.
• Experience interpreting technical drawings, manuals and engineering documentation.
• The ability to make sound engineering decisions independently.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to support both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience delivering technical training would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM) or predictive maintenance techniques would be beneficial.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and digital service tools.

Additional Requirements

• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to travel throughout the UK as required.
• Ability to work safely and effectively in customer and industrial environments.
