About The Role

Lead the strategic planning, launch readiness, and commercialization of assigned cardiovascular products, covering both new launches and lifecycle management. Develop and execute impactful marketing strategies to drive successful launches, sustainable business growth, market access, and brand performance through strong cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Brand & Portfolio Management

• Develop and execute brand strategies, annual marketing plans, and launch plans for assigned products.

• Lead launch readiness and commercialization, ensuring alignment across commercial and cross-functional teams.

• Drive brand performance, market share, sales, profitability, and sustainable growth.

• Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to strengthen brand positioning, accelerate adoption, and expand market access.

• Manage forecasts, budgets, A&P investment, and resource allocation in line with business priorities and financial governance.

Market & Customer Insights

• Analyze market dynamics, customer insights, competitive intelligence, and product performance to identify opportunities and risks.

• Lead market research and translate insights into actionable brand, portfolio, and commercial strategies.

• Leverage internal and external data to support business planning, forecasting, market access, and launch decisions.

Cross-Functional & Stakeholder Leadership

• Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Commercial Excellence, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to ensure business and launch success.

• Lead cross-functional planning and coordinate local, regional, and global stakeholders to drive execution.

• Build relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, medical societies, and external experts to support scientific education, advocacy, customer engagement, and market access.

• Support patient pathway and reimbursement initiatives to maximize patient benefit and brand uptake.

Commercial Excellence & Customer Engagement

• Develop effective sales training, brand communication, and customer engagement programs.

• Partner with Sales Leadership to optimize targeting, territory deployment, resource allocation, and customer engagement effectiveness.

• Drive digital and omnichannel strategies and continuously optimize engagement based on data and insights.

• Plan and execute key promotional and educational activities, including advisory boards, congresses, symposia, and speaker programs.

Health, Safety and Environment

• Understand and fulfill individual responsibilities for Health, Safety, and Environment, and comply with Sanofi HSE policies and requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Medicine, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA or postgraduate business qualification is an advantage.

• Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in cardiovascular, specialty care, or launch products.

• Proven experience in brand management, product launch, commercialization, and strategic marketing.

• Experience with specialized products, reimbursement pathways, and complex stakeholder environments is preferred.

• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, analytical, project management, and financial management skills.

• Strong cross-functional leadership, communication, presentation, and influencing capabilities.

• Experience with digital and omnichannel marketing.

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in cardiovascular disease, lipid management, heart failure, or other specialty care therapeutic areas.
