Position Summary: We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Patient Record & Insights Zone (PRIZ) and the Chart Data & ChartSync team in Bangalore. The Patient Record & Insights Zone is focused on making every practice ready for every patient by helping practices understand a patient’s evolving clinical story through connected longitudinal data across care settings, improving readiness, strengthening care transitions, and supporting better decisions before, during, and between visits.

As a Senior Product Manager on the Chart Data & ChartSync team, you will play a key role in advancing this mission. ChartSync helps bring important patient information from organizations, documents, and external data sources into athenaOne and make it usable within the patient record.

You will own defined problem spaces within the Chart Data & ChartSync roadmap, working closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Product Management, and other cross-functional teams to turn product direction into measurable outcomes.

The opportunity is to make the patient-record experience increasingly seamless, intelligent, and automated by getting the right information into the record at the right time, reducing unnecessary manual review and reconciliation, and helping clinicians quickly understand what has changed and what requires their attention.

This role requires someone comfortable managing multiple product threads simultaneously, balancing longer-term roadmap discovery with near-term delivery questions, customer needs, technical dependencies, cross-product dependencies, and emerging opportunities.

AI will be an important part of both how you work and what you build. You will actively use AI tools to improve the quality and speed of product management work, including research, customer and market synthesis, data analysis, product discovery, roadmap development, requirements, decision-making, and prototyping. You will also partner with Engineering and Design to identify opportunities to incorporate AI directly into the products and experiences delivered to customers.

The team helps practices understand a patient’s evolving clinical story by connecting longitudinal data across care settings, improving readiness, strengthening care transitions, and supporting better decisions before, during, and between visits.

The Chart Data & ChartSync team focuses on making fragmented patient information available and useful within athenaOne. Patient information can exist across organizations, documents, and external data sources. ChartSync brings this information into the patient record so clinicians can access, review, reconcile, and use it within their workflows.

The team is focused on creating a more complete and useful patient record without creating additional work for the people caring for the patient. This includes improving the flow, quality, relevance, and usability of incoming clinical data and ensuring information is available within the workflow where it is most useful.

You will work across clinical record, interoperability, documents, clinician workflow, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Customer Success, Support, Sales, Product Marketing, and other Product teams to create a coherent experience across athenaOne.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Own defined problem spaces and initiatives within the Chart Data & ChartSync roadmap, from discovery through delivery, adoption, measurement, and iteration.
• Partner with Product Management leadership and other Product Managers to shape product strategy, priorities, and multi-release roadmaps for the broader product area.
• Develop deep expertise in users, customers, clinical workflows, and the underlying data ecosystem.
• Understand how clinicians find, review, reconcile, and use clinical information from outside their practice and identify opportunities to reduce friction and improve confidence in the patient record.
• Manage multiple product threads simultaneously, balancing discovery, delivery, customer needs, technical dependencies, and longer-term roadmap work while maintaining focus on the highest-value problems.
• Serve as Product Owner for Agile/Scrum teams supporting assigned areas of Chart Data and ChartSync.
• Define priorities, refine epics and user stories, and make thoughtful trade-offs between scope, quality, and timing.
• Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including problem discovery, requirements definition, user experience, delivery, rollout, measurement, adoption, and iteration.
• Establish product metrics and success criteria for assigned initiatives and use quantitative and qualitative evidence to guide product decisions.
• Partner closely with Engineering, UX/Design, Analytics, and other Product teams to simplify the flow of incoming clinical data, improve data quality and relevance, and bring information into workflows where it is most useful.
• Identify and manage cross-product dependencies across athenaOne to create a coherent experience rather than solving individual data and workflow problems in isolation.
• Engage with Customer Success, Support, Sales, Product Marketing, and customers to understand needs, communicate product direction, and support successful adoption.

Additional Job Responsibilities

• Use AI tools as a regular part of product management work to accelerate research, synthesize qualitative and quantitative information, explore product opportunities, develop roadmap thinking, draft and refine requirements, prototype ideas, and improve decision-making.
• Partner with Engineering and Design to use AI to improve how the team discovers, designs, builds, tests, and iterates on products.
• Identify opportunities to thoughtfully incorporate AI into Chart Data and ChartSync experiences where it can reduce manual work, improve understanding of clinical information, or create better outcomes for users.
• Continuously evaluate customer and user feedback to identify emerging product opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Balance near-term delivery needs with longer-term product strategy and roadmap discovery.
• Determine what requires immediate attention, what can wait, and what needs to be true to move each product area forward.
• Validate product value with customers and users before and after launch.
• Communicate product strategy, requirements, priorities, and decisions clearly to customers, senior leaders, Engineering, Design, and cross-functional partners.
• Support successful product rollout, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain a strong understanding of healthcare, health IT, clinical data, interoperability, and clinical workflows relevant to the product area.

Expected Education & Experience

• 10+ years of overall professional experience, including at least 6 years of Product Management experience.
• Demonstrated experience owning complex product problems from discovery through delivery, adoption, and measurement.
• Proven ability to manage several meaningful workstreams simultaneously, navigate ambiguity and changing priorities, and make clear decisions about where to focus.
• Strong ability to take complicated and ambiguous problems and translate them into clear product direction and a sequence of achievable investments.
• Experience working with products involving complex data, integrations, workflows, or platform capabilities.
• Experience with healthcare interoperability or clinical data exchange is especially valuable.
• Understanding of healthcare / health IT environments and clinical workflows, or demonstrated ability to quickly develop expertise in a complex domain.
• Experience working closely with Agile/Scrum Engineering teams as a Product Owner.
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience using quantitative and qualitative evidence to make product decisions.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve Product Management work, with curiosity about how AI can transform both the product development process and the products being built.
• Experience testing and validating product value with customers and users before and after launch.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to make complex product and technical topics understandable to customers, senior leaders, and cross-functional partners.
