The Job in a Nutshell💡

You will work on one of our most important and exciting products: Foodics Capital, an exclusive offering available to Foodics customers that provides seamless access to capital through Point-of-Sale (PoS) Financing. Foodics Capital empowers businesses to finance their operational expenses and drive growth, helping shape the Food & Beverage industry’s access to capital in thousands of restaurants and stores across the Middle East.

As a Senior Product Manager at Foodics Capital,  you will drive the short and long term direction of this Core Product offering. You will need to constantly balance immediate needs—of the business and of our customers—with progress against a long-term vision for the future. You will also help drive the product vision, strategy, and foremost: execution.

You will be responsible for enhancing the product with features driven by data, analytical tools, customer requests/insights, and business needs while aiming to always be proactive. You will be maintaining the roadmap of the assigned area of the product, the planning, feature prioritization, and execution. Along with maintaining all stakeholders updated and aware of these enhancements and roadmap. Communication and coordination with other Foodics Financial Services Product members, other company Product members, and other departments regarding the assigned area of the product is part of your responsibility.

What Will You Do❓

Foodics Capital is a newly launched product with ambitious goals to become the leading lending institution in the F&B industry. We are seeking a talented Senior Product Manager to help scale this success to even greater heights. As a Senior Product Manager you will:

• Contribute to quarterly planning cycles taking ownership of your product scope’s metrics and KPIs to ensure ongoing improvements and success.
• Lead the development and execution of your product scope roadmap, aligning it with the overall product vision. Collaborate with engineers and UX designers to translate high-level goals into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Define success metrics, plan feature development, prioritize tasks, and oversee execution to deliver impactful results.
• Work closely with engineering, design, data science, legal, marketing, and sales to develop and grow innovative features that meet customer needs.
• Foster trust with your team, stakeholders, and leadership through proactive and transparent communication.
• Leverage both quantitative and qualitative research to identify opportunities and refine the product experience.

What Are We Looking For❓

Be the voice of the customer and the driving force behind product innovation from in-depth product understanding and feature development through rigorous discovery activities and experimentation when possible:

• 5+ years of product management experience in similar fast-growth, agile product environments, having been involved in several successful launches.
• You are data-driven and base your decisions on facts rather than opinions.
• Experience in creating product roadmap(s) from conception to launch, driving product vision, experience in working with product marketing in defining go-to-market strategy, and leading design discussions with UX designers.
• An ability to self-direct and problem-solve in sophisticated, ambiguous, or constantly evolving environments while balancing multiple work streams.
• You have at least 4 years of hands-on experience in developing customer-facing products.
• Familiarity with hypothesis-driven product development. 
• You know how to get the data you need and translate it into actionable insights.
• You have a strong bias for action with a hands-on mentality and stress-resistant attitude.
• You are a great storyteller and are able to manage communication and collaboration between different stakeholders and drive decision-making on all levels.
• You have a Track record of shaping products from concept through delivery at scale
• You are fluent in English.
• You have experience working with a large variety of internal stakeholders, including marketing, legal, finance, and other product areas.

• Knowledge and understanding of fintech and lending/credit.
• Understanding of LOS and LMS systems.
• Familiarity with the F&B industry.
• Familiarity with A/B testing.
• Arabic language fluency.
