About the role
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to define and execute the strategy for the capabilities that power the DataDome customer lifecycle, from first-time setup and configuration through daily operation, expansion, and renewal. This role connects the customer-facing platform experience with the shared technical foundations and internal workflows required to make DataDome easier to adopt, operate, and scale. You will work across Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Security and Revenue Operations to create a coherent, secure, and increasingly automated platform experience for both customers and internal teams.
This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the next generation of the DataDome platform. You will help customers adopt and expand their use of DataDome, while building the shared capabilities, AI-enabled experiences, and internal tools that make the platform easier to use, scale, and operate.
Your mission
Lead the evolution of a seamless DataDome platform experience across the customer lifecycle, from onboarding and integration through operation and expansion.
You will connect customer-facing experiences, shared technical foundations, and operational capabilities to make DataDome easier to adopt, administer, integrate, operate, and scale.
Customer experience and adoption
- Set the vision and roadmap for DataDome’s shared platform and end-to-end customer journeys.
- Lead the evolution of the unified Dashboard and common components, creating an intuitive and consistent experience across products.
- Shape the workspaces, onboarding, product-led growth, and cross-product workflows that accelerate adoption and time-to-value.
- Unify how customers access insights, configure protection, and manage their organization across DataDome.
- Use AI to improve onboarding, self-service, customer insights, configuration, and expansion opportunities.
Shared foundations for trust, integration, and scale
- Define the product direction for shared platform capabilities, including identity, authentication, user management, SSO, and RBAC.
- Shape APIs, integrations, data ingress and egress, and developer-facing capabilities, including MCP and agent access.
- Partner with Engineering and Architecture on a secure, reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient platform foundation.
- Balance near-term customer needs with long-term platform leverage, resilience, and technical sustainability.
Commercial and operational scale
- Own the product strategy for capabilities supporting customer provisioning, configuration, support, and operations.
- Drive scalable workflows for entitlements, packaging, metering, billing, and account administration.
- Use AI to automate internal workflows and help teams make faster, better-informed decisions.
- Increase self-service and automation while reducing manual work, errors, and operational risk.
Strategy and outcomes
- Turn customer, business, and technical needs into a focused, outcome-driven roadmap.
- Make clear trade-offs across customer value, growth, platform leverage, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Align Product, Engineering, Design, Security, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Go-to-Market teams around priorities and outcomes.
What success looks like
- Customers onboard faster, configure protection more easily, realize value sooner, and expand their use of DataDome.
- Shared capabilities increase consistency, reuse, and delivery speed across Product and Engineering.
- Self-service and automation improve the reliability and efficiency of provisioning, entitlements, metering, and billing.
What we look for
- Strong product management experience in B2B SaaS, platforms, infrastructure, APIs, data products, or operational systems.
- Technical fluency and the ability to engage deeply on systems, architecture, identity, security, data, and APIs.
- Business judgment that balances customer value, growth, cost, risk, and long-term platform investment.
- A track record of setting strategy, prioritizing ruthlessly, and shipping products with measurable impact.
- High agency, sound judgment, and comfort leading through ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and the ability to align senior technical and business stakeholders.
- A highly collaborative, low-ego approach and professional fluency in English.
Bonus points
- Experience with enterprise SaaS administration and data-intensive Dashboard experiences.
- Experience with identity, authentication, SSO, SCIM, RBAC, or enterprise administration.
- Experience with developer platforms, APIs, integrations, data infrastructure, or AI-agent ecosystems.
