Duties and Responsibilities:

• Purchase vehicle spare parts (original and alternative) with the right quality, quantity, and timing to
ensure continuous fleet operation.
• Coordinate with internal and external maintenance workshops to execute routine and emergency
vehicle maintenance.
• Build and maintain a database of approved suppliers for spare parts, vehicles, and maintenance
services, and evaluate their performance periodically.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts with suppliers and dealers to achieve the best value for cost.
• Track preventive maintenance schedules in coordination with the Fleet team to minimize breakdowns
and vehicle downtime.
• Prepare purchase requests and purchase orders for fleet needs and follow up until final delivery.
• Monitor the validity of vehicle licenses, insurance, and periodic inspections in coordination with
relevant authorities.
• Analyze fleet operating and maintenance costs periodically, and prepare performance and cost-saving
reports for management.
• Propose plans and policies to improve fleet procurement efficiency and reduce operating costs.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and governance/transparency procedures across all
purchasing activities
Job Requirements:
• 4–6 years of procurement experience, with clear, hands-on experience in fleet procurement (vehicles –
spare parts – maintenance).
• Solid knowledge of vehicle types, spare parts, and their quality standards.
• Prior experience dealing with car dealers and authorized maintenance centers.
• Proficiency in ERP and procurement management systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
