Job Description

Just imagine turning sustainability ambitions into practical supply chain solutions that help bring innovative business models to life and create long-term value for customers, suppliers, and the business. Then make it real.

About the role

As our Senior Procurement Manager, Sustainability Delivery, you'll help translate long-term sustainability ambitions into procurement strategies that create measurable impact across the LEGO® value chain. You'll partner with colleagues across Corporate Sustainability, Sustainable Operations and Procurement teams to build a future-fit supplier base and deliver sourcing solutions that support the LEGO Group's sustainability goals. You'll play a key role in strengthening supplier capability and ensuring sustainability priorities are embedded into procurement decisions and execution, with an initial focus on circular business models.

Required Qualifications

  • Delivered procurement, supply chain, sustainability, or extended producer responsibility initiatives  in a complex business environment.

  • Built and strengthened supplier networks to meet evolving business and sustainability requirements.

  • Led supplier assessments, program development, or sourcing strategies that improved supplier performance and capability.

  • Managed cross-functional initiatives involving procurement, operations, or sustainability stakeholders.

  • Implemented procurement strategies that translated business objectives into measurable outcomes.

  • Demonstrated commercial decision-making and supplier engagement across multiple stakeholder groups.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Applied circular business model principles within procurement or supply chain activities.

  • Supported sustainable supply chain programmes.

  • Worked with compliance requirements related to waste movement and management.

  • Contributed to Extended Producer Responsibility-related initiatives or similar regulatory frameworks.

What you'll build

  • Procurement strategies that support sustainability priorities, with an early focus on circularity and waste-related themes.

  • Scalable supplier base to support the circular model innovation and waste management strategies across the value chain for efficiency and sustainability.

  • A stronger supplier base capable of meeting current and future sustainability regulatory requirements, ensure resilience and proactively address sustainability risks.

  • Supply chain solutions that connect central strategy with local execution.

  • Sourcing approaches that enable innovation, resilience, and regulatory readiness.

  • Partnerships that help advance sustainability performance across the value chain.

  • Meaningful sustainability metrics and reporting that support ongoing improvement.

If you've worked in a role where you developed suppliers, shaped procurement strategies, or delivered sustainability-focused programmes, you'll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to connect strategy with execution and create lasting business value through collaboration.

Life on the team

The Sustainable Sourcing team is a newly established global function within Global Procurement. Structured across Environmental, Social and Governance priorities, the team helps advance the LEGO Group's sustainability agenda through the company's supplier base. You'll work in a hybrid environment and collaborate closely with colleagues across procurement, sustainability, operations, legal, government affairs, and responsible operations teams. It's a highly collaborative group focused on long-term value creation and practical sustainability delivery.

What success looks like

Success means becoming a trusted procurement partner for sustainability delivery, helping teams turn ambitions into scalable supply chain solutions. You'll strengthen supplier readiness, support circular business initiatives, and help shape approaches to waste and resource management.

The team will continue driving PLAN30 implementation by enabling circular business model innovation to move from concept to scale, while strengthening supplier capabilities and ensuring a compliant, resilient, and future-ready supply base.
