Northrop Grumman’s Corporate Human Resources organization is hiring a Senior Principal HR Project Manager to join the Corporate Organization Effectiveness team. This role will serve in a dual capacity as the Operations Lead for the Corporate HR Vice President and support the Corporate OE Director as a project manager. The role blends strategic project management, executive communications, stakeholder coordination, and HR operations.

This position reports to the Manager of Organization Effectiveness. This position is located in Falls Church, VA.

Responsibilities include:

• Partner with the Corporate HR VP to assist in planning strategic priorities. This includes executing HR specific tasks in coordination with executives and HR stakeholders. Provide support for quick turn requests.
• Plan, design and support all Corporate HR key meetings to include off-site meetings, All Hands and staff meetings.
• Create executive level presentations for the HRVP to support strategic priorities.
• Leverage systems and apply data analytics to problem solve.
• Partner with the HR Senior Leadership Team to drive actions and owners to track deliverables to completion. Maintain a centralized repository for meeting artifacts.
• Support the Corporate OE Director and Team to lead logistical support for key programs.
• Apply strong project management skills to plan and execute a variety of projects.
• Collaborate closely with the Corporate OE team to drive program initiatives, including the intern program and leadership development nominations.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience in Organization Effectiveness, Talent Management, HR or a related field.
• Strong orientation and experience in project management; apply discipline and process orientation to the work.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and determine where to focus given competing demands.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience leading meetings and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong business acumen with a focus on how to use HR, talent and OE processes and tools to accelerate business results.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Talent Management, Organizational Development, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Prior experience as an Operations Lead, HR Business Partner, Organizational Effectiveness Consultant or project leader.
• Demonstrated data literacy experience developing measures and metrics, creating data visualization for executive stakeholders, and addressing business problems with data solutions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Primary Level Salary Range: $117,500.00 - $176,300.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
