Your Mission :

We are looking for a Senior Power BI Analyst to join our fast-growing Business Automation & Analytics team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and governing advanced Power BI solutions, with a key focus on delivering high-quality, data-driven insights to operational teams and senior management.

In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert in business intelligence, ensuring that reporting solutions are accurate, scalable, and aligned with organizational standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust analytical solutions, while promoting best practices in data modeling, visualization, and governance. The position requires a high level of professionalism, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise-level Power BI dashboards and reports

·        Partner with business stakeholders, senior management, and C-level executives to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements

• Report insights, trends, and solution recommendations directly to C-level and senior leadership to support strategic decision-making
• Translate complex business needs into scalable data models, advanced DAX calculations, and user-friendly visualizations

·        Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and ongoing data hygiene across all reporting and analytical assets

• Drive data hygiene initiatives, including identifying data quality gaps, standardizing definitions, and improving source system reliability
• Optimize performance of datasets, reports, and data refresh processes in alignment with best practices
• Establish and enforce Power BI standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
• Deliver analytical insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics, with significant hands-on experience in Power BI
• Advanced proficiency in DAX, data modeling, and Power Query
• Strong experience with SQL, data warehousing, and ETL processes
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders and deliver business-focused analytical solutions
• Deep understanding of business  
• Strong communication skills in English (reading and speaking required)

The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is EUR 28,000 - EUR 39,000 (gross) / RON 144,000 - RON 212,000 (gross). This range represents the expected starting salary for candidates hired into this role in the specified location. If the position is filled in a different location, a different salary range may apply due to objective factors such as local labor market conditions and cost of living.

This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Nuvei and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and specific location. Applicants not located in the primary location may request the annual salary range for their location during the interview process.
