Responsibilities
- Transaction & Payment Management: Oversee daily back-office routines, pay-ins, payouts, payment gateways.
- Process Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks and drive automation or process redesign with product and engineering teams.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with tech, risk, product, and compliance teams to troubleshoot system failures and resolve user friction points quickly.
- Compliance & Risk Oversight: Monitor adherence to KYC, AML, PCI DSS, and local financial regulations.
- Performance Reporting: Track core operational KPIs, transaction success rates, and conversion metrics using dashboards.
- On-Call Function: Work after working hours to provide support 24/7.
Core Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 6+ years in fintech operations, payment processing, or business analysis.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and experience with SQL, BI reporting tools, or ERP/financial systems.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of digital wallets, lending protocols, merchant acquiring, or bank integrations.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and crisis response capabilities.
