About the Team
The operations function at OKX is responsible for the overall day to day running of the local business. We're a team of risk-minded problem solvers helping to grow the business in a sustainable and compliant manner.
What You'll be Doing:

Working with the Head of Operations to execute business strategies in alignment with team and company priorities.

Driving improvements and optimisations across Product, Compliance, Customer Support & Growth.

Be able to understand and interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Ability to coordinate and execute multiple cross-functional projects at the same time.

Be a local expert in user behaviour and regulatory requirements.
What We Look For in You:

Be hands-on, execution-oriented, willing, and able to drive the progress of existing projects as well as plan the delivery of new activities.

Strong project management skills and a history of delivering on objectives.

A track record of developing and implementing effective processes.

A proven ability to work between cross-functional teams, including a self starter mentality when it comes to picking up new concepts.

Bachelor's Degree in Law, Accountancy, Finance, Economics or in a related subject or equivalent practical experience

Proven ability to work within and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated, critical thinker and adept at working independently and in a dispersed team environment covering multiple and varied tasks.

Intuitive, highly ethical and comfortable to question and challenge.

Strong communication and presentation skills in English, both verbal and written.

Comfortable using AI tools as a productivity lever, and genuinely curious about how emerging technology can streamline processes and improve output quality.
Nice to Haves:
-
Prior experience in a crypto exchange, FinTech or other start up in a regulated industry.

Prior experience working in a multinational or matrix environment.
-
Interest in crypto or trading.
