The Urban Renewal Authority (“URA”) is tasked to undertake, encourage, promote and facilitate urban renewal of Hong Kong in accordance with the provisions of the Urban Renewal Authority Ordinance and the Urban Renewal Strategy published by the Government. The URA adopts a comprehensive and holistic approach by ways of its two core businesses i.e. redevelopment and rehabilitation, as well as preservation, revitalisation and retrofitting, for creating a sustainable and quality living environment for the people of Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
Reporting to the head of Learning and Organisational Development (L&OD) team, the incumbent supports core learning programme delivery, vendor engagement, and employer branding. The incumbent will:
- Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of organisation-wide learning curriculum and initiatives.
- Deliver and facilitate designated foundational training sessions, including the Induction Programme.
- Administer the procurement and contracting of external training consultants and service providers in compliance with Authority guidelines.
- Administer programme evaluations, collating feedback on vendor performance and programme effectiveness.
- Maintain staff training profiles on the Learning Management Systems (LMS), handling course administration, enrolments, and attendance records.
- Support the review of learning materials, presentation decks, and quality checks for digital modules.
- Draft and curate employer branding posts and learning showcase stories for internal communications and external media.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to meet Authority needs.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources, or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in sizable organisations
- Hands-on experience in training administration, coordination, and LMS
- Meticulous organisational skills with high accuracy in handling records and reporting
- Confident presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proactive, independent team player with a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Candidates with less experience or qualification will also be considered for the position of Officer or Assistant Officer.
