 Make a difference as a Senior Office Coordinator

As a Senior Office Coordinator, you'll be responsible for: 

• Accountable for local office operations and facility management, including budgeting and efficient procurement of supplies and services.
• Accountable for health and safety within the local organization, including oversight of risk assessments and company emergency services. Ensure local health and safety policies are up to date, compliant with applicable regulations, and effectively implemented. Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders and authorities on health and safety matters.
• Oversee and support travel and visitor arrangements for domestic and international travel, including visas, invitation letters, ticketing, accommodation, local commute, and coordinate meetings and events.
• Assist in the production and proper distribution of promotion and communication materials in coordination with the Sales Manager.
• Oversee IT assets and inventory, including procurement, allocation, and maintenance of equipment (laptops, printers, mobile phones, consumables, internet), and ensure smooth implementation and adherence to IT policies across the local organization.
• May provide administrative and coordination support across various departments, carrying out a range of tasks to support their daily operations and activities.’
