On behalf of our Client, GT is looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer / Technical Lead  to enhance an existing CRM platform and drive its ongoing development and releases.

About the Client & the Project

Our client is an established UK-based organization operating in the food and consumer goods industry, providing market intelligence, research, and professional development services to businesses worldwide.

The project focuses on developing and enhancing an existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, primarily Dynamics 365 Sales, with integrations to external business and marketing systems.

You will join a team of two CRM Developers, contributing to new functionality, system improvements, and regular releases.

• Engagement: Full-time

• Duration: Initial 2-month engagement with potential for extension

• Start date: ASAP

• Working hours: UK time zone

About the Role

Your goal is to get up to speed quickly with the existing CRM solution and release process, then independently deliver new functionality and improvements within the release plan. For Technical Lead candidates, there is also the opportunity to shape the technical approach and development standards of the CRM team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, customise, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.

• Implement new features and improvements based on business requirements.

• Troubleshoot issues and support CRM integrations.

• Participate in sprint planning, testing, and scheduled releases.

• Collaborate closely with the existing development team.

• For Technical Lead candidates: provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and drive development standards.

Essential knowledge, skills & experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement development and customization.

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales.

• Ability to independently develop, customize, and enhance existing CRM solutions.

• Experience working in Agile environments with sprint-based development and structured releases.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Upper-intermediate English or higher.

For Technical Lead:

• 2+ years of technical leadership experience.

• Experience with technical ownership, code reviews, and mentoring developers.

• Ability to combine hands-on development with technical leadership.

Nice-to-have

• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse.

• Knowledge of C#/.NET plugins and JavaScript customizations.

• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate.

• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with external systems.

• Knowledge of solution deployment and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
