Marketing Technology Governance & Enablement Senior Specialist 

 The Marketing Technology Governance & Enablement Senior Specialist is responsible for  driving adoption, governance, compliance, and operational excellence across the global Marketing Technology portfolio. The role serves as the operational connector among platform owners, subject matter experts, regional marketing stakeholders, and enabling functions, ensuring that teams follow established standards and critical initiatives progress with clear accountability. 

This role connects the business perspective of Marketing Technology platforms in partnership with technical platform owners, helping ensure effective and appropriate use across Marketing. By leading portfolio-wide enablement and governance activities, the role enables platform owners and subject matter experts to remain focused on strategic roadmap execution. 

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Marketing Technology and is part of the Marketing Excellence team, located in Uppsala, Sweden. This is an on-site role.  

What you will do: 

• Manage adoption and enablement across the Marketing Technology portfolio by developing adoption strategies, onboarding stakeholders, facilitating office hours and training, and coordinating user support programs. 

• Own portfolio communications and knowledge management, including feature-release and process-update communications, user guides, standard work, training resources, the Marketing Technology SharePoint site, and related knowledge repositories. 

• Coordinate user-access governance, periodic access reviews, audit-readiness activities, policy exceptions, governance risks, and compliance needs in partnership with Legal, Information Technology Security, Privacy, Procurement, and other functions. 

• Manage operational accountability across cross-functional initiatives by clarifying ownership, tracking follow-through, and applying Danaher Business System tools and continuous improvement methods to improve effectiveness. 

• Lead localization governance and operations for Asia-Pacific and Latin America, including support for the Japan and Korea site migration, translation workflows and vendors, service-level metrics, regional stakeholder relationships, and continuous improvement. 

Who you are: 

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field. 

• Fluent in English. 

• 2.5+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, enablement, governance, compliance, business operations, or a related discipline. 

• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authority and creating measurable process documentation, standard operating procedures, governance standards, or training materials. 

• Experience using reporting, analytics, and adoption metrics to support decision-making across global, technical, and non-technical stakeholder groups. 

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: 

• Marketing technology platforms such as Content Hub, Kapost, Showpad, Sitecore, Hybris, Decibel, 6sense, EqualWeb, Marketo, or comparable platforms. 

• Localization operations, translation management, regional content deployment, change management, user adoption, or organizational enablement programs. 

• Governance, audit readiness, risk or compliance coordination, SharePoint administration, knowledge management, and Danaher Business System or another continuous improvement methodology.
