As a core member of the marketing team, you’ll support the Director of Marketing in bringing 360° campaigns to life across digital, social, ecommerce, influencer, and paid channels. You’ll be hands-on with timelines, calendars, and coordination, while also contributing creatively to how the brand shows up in culture.

What You'll Do
Support the Senior Director of Marketing and Marketing team in executing day-to-day marketing tasks across Complex Shop campaigns, launches, and key brand moments
Update and maintain the team's project management tool based on updates from the Senior Director and Marketing team, keeping tasks, timelines, and progress current
Help build and maintain go-to-market (GTM) decks, ensuring campaign details (timelines, deliverables, approved imagery, captions, paid, email, and editorial plans) mirror what's in the social scheduling platform so the Social Media Coordinator has accurate info to post on time
Own influencer and creator sourcing, coordinating with the Social Media Coordinator to build, curate, and maintain outreach lists and help manage product sends
Coordinate cross-functional timelines and track deliverables across internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless campaign execution
Listen closely during marketing downloads and meetings, translating updates into clear next steps and follow-through
Support brainstorms for creative concepts and go-to-market strategy, contributing ideas and research
Track incoming product pipelines in coordination with merchandising to ensure visibility into arrival schedules and launch dates
Maintain a centralized repository of all campaign assets, documentation, briefs, and recaps to guarantee seamless team access
Help gather performance metrics, social links, and content examples for campaign and partnership recaps
Provide general marketing administrative support across multiple concurrent campaigns and launches
Who You Are
3+ years of relevant experience in marketing
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
Proficiency with project management tools, such as Airtable
Deck and presentation development using Google Slides
Retail & E-commerce Knowledge: Strong background in retail and e-commerce, with an understanding of how social media integrates with sales funnels, product launches, and editorial content and video
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse teams (editorial, marketing, e-commerce, influencers) to ensure cohesive strategies that align with broader business goals
Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically about content and campaigns, while also being creative in product integrations and storytelling that resonates with target audiences
Trend Awareness: Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in social media, e-commerce, and retail, with the ability to adapt quickly to new tools, technologies, and platform features
