Job Description Summary
The Senior Manager, Application Delivery - Integration leads the end-to-end deployment, integration, testing, and release of global digital products and applications across the Japan & South Korea Operating Unit.
This role serves as the primary delivery lead for customer-facing and business-critical digital solutions, partnering closely with Global Product Management, Engineering, Digital Operations, and local business stakeholders to ensure successful deployment, localization, and adoption of digital products.
The role owns delivery planning, requirements analysis, fit-gap assessments, integration coordination, system testing, release readiness, and production rollout activities. The successful candidate will work across global and local teams, vendors, and bottling partners to ensure solutions are delivered with high quality, meet business requirements, and drive measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
Execute market deployment of global digital products, including planning, testing, cutover, and stabilization activities.
Provide technical support for global solutions across applications, data, and infrastructure.
Support requirements gathering and product feature fit–gap analysis, translating local needs into product inputs.
Partner with global teams on deployment of digital solutions within the OU and support ongoing operations.
Oversee product validation, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure successful, quality product releases.
Engage OU and bottler stakeholders to align on deployment and support needs.
Drive adoption and change activities to realize business value from deployed solutions.
Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure delivery quality and adherence to standards.
Support Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release coordination across cross-functional teams.
Track delivery status, risks, and issues, escalating and resolving proactively.
Evaluate emerging technologies, automation opportunities, and engineering best practices to improve delivery efficiency and operational excellence.
Organizational Impact
Enables successful landing of global digital investments in JKOU markets and bottler environments.
Supports delivery roadmaps that impact commercial, marketing, and vending operations.
Ensures consistent execution of delivery standards, quality practices, and release management processes within the OU.
Works across global teams, OU functions, bottlers, and vendors in a matrixed environment.
Innovation & Complexity
Solves deployment and interoperability issues across global platforms and local systems.
Applies Agile, DevSecOps, automation, and AI-assisted delivery tools to improve delivery speed and reliability.
Identifies improvement opportunities in deployment and support processes.
Communication & Influence
Communicates delivery status, risks, and technical concepts clearly to business and technical stakeholders.
Coordinates across global product teams, local functions, bottlers, and vendors.
Supports stakeholder engagement and training to drive adoption.
Candidate Profile
A technical application delivery leader with experience deploying and integrating customer-facing web, mobile, CRM, commerce, or digital platform solutions. Able to bridge business requirements and technical implementation, while working effectively with engineering teams, solution vendors, and global product organizations.
Experience & Qualifications
7+ years of experience in technology delivery, application deployment, or technical program management.
Working knowledge of applications, data flows, integrations, and cloud environments.
Experience with Agile delivery, DevSecOps practices, and working with global or offshore teams.
Familiarity with quality assurance, release management, and production readiness practices.
Strong problem-solving, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in consumer products or bottler ecosystems preferred.
Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, Microsoft 365, and related project/portfolio management tools.
Business level of Japanese and English are required.
