What You Can Expect

In this role, you will own how Workvivo shows up across organic search, AI answer engines, and peer review platforms, and connect that visibility directly to pipeline growth across four global regions. You will set the strategy, then execute much of it yourself: technical SEO audits, content briefs, measurement frameworks, and partnerships with web, product, and revenue teams that make the plan real. Your success is measured in organic and AI-referred pipeline, reported monthly to senior leadership, with regional share-of-voice targets guiding where to invest next. This is a hybrid position that requires on-site presence 2 days per week at our Dublin, Ireland office. Remote arrangements are not available for this role.

About the Team

The Workvivo growth marketing team runs demand generation, pipeline, and go-to-market programs across North America, EMEA, LATAM, and APJ. Working in close partnership with sales, product, and revenue operations, the team combines pace with clear accountability and plays a direct role in how Workvivo reaches and converts its market.

Responsibilities

• Define the organic and AI search strategy for Workvivo across four global regions, establishing pipeline targets in partnership with leadership and Revenue Operations.
• Determine topic, buyer question, and competitive priorities by region, mapping search intent to the right pages and formats across the buyer journey.
• Lead internationalisation of the Workvivo website, ensuring each regional market has the right language, local search intent, hreflang configuration, and page coverage rather than a translated copy of the US site.
• Own the measurement model for organic and AI-referred traffic, tracking how visits convert to opportunities and delivering monthly pipeline reports to leadership.
• Run technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexation, site speed, structured data, and international setup; specify fixes and partner with web and engineering teams to ship them.
• Write or brief pages that answer buyer questions directly, including solution, comparison, and category pages, and edit content to a consistent brand voice.
• Monitor Workvivo's presence in AI answer engines including ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews; act on gaps through content, structured data, review platforms, and third-party coverage.
• Partner with Revenue Operations, partner marketing, and communications to ensure organic and AI-referred leads are correctly scored and routed in HubSpot and Salesforce, and supported by the third-party mentions that search and AI tools draw on.

What We're Looking For

• Five or more years in SEO or organic growth, with at least two years owning results for a B2B software business.
• Hands-on technical SEO experience across crawl and indexation, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and hreflang for multi-market sites.
• A working understanding of how AI answer engines source and cite content, including an honest view of what can and cannot yet be measured.
• Demonstrated experience connecting organic traffic to pipeline in HubSpot or Salesforce.
• Strong written English and a practiced eye for editing content to a brand voice.
• Track record of presenting organic performance data clearly to senior leaders and adjusting strategy based on what the data shows.
• Ability to operate across four regions and time zones; familiarity with EMEA markets, HR technology, or community-led and product-led brands is a plus.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
