Job Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end procurement life cycle across Marketing, Media & Creative and Production related categories, including but not limited to services like Advertising & Creative Agencies; Media Buying & Planning; Digital Marketing; PR & Communications; Brand & Design; Visual Media & Content Production; Events & Experiential Marketing; Market Research; Agency retainers and project-based engagements.

• Develop and execute category strategies that align business objectives with market opportunities, supplier capabilities and commercial priorities.
• End-to-end strategic sourcing leading high impact procurement projects from initiation through contract awarding.
• Manage complex RFIs, RFQs and RFPs, including development of evaluation criteria, supplier assessments and award recommendations.
• Drive commercial negotiations and contract discussions to secure optimal value, service outcomes and risk protection.
• Develop robust Statements of Work (SOWs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and supplier performance scorecards.
• Establish best practices in supplier governance frameworks that drive accountability and long-term value creation.
• Build trusting relationships with internal stakeholders to act as a strategic advisor on sourcing and supplier decisions.

• Ensure compliance with procurement governance, contracting standards and organizational policies.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Procurement, Marketing or a related discipline with relevant working experience.

Experience
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing and procurement.

• Significant category experience in Marketing, Media, Creative Services, Advertising, Events or Agency Management.

• Proven success in leading large-scale RFPs and strategic sourcing programs.

• Strong track record in commercial negotiations, contract management and supplier governance.

• Experience in developing KPIs, SLAs and supplier performance frameworks.

• Ability to balance business objectives, supplier relationships and procurement governance requirements.
