Role: We are looking for a Senior Manager, People Success EMEA to join our team. This is a Hybrid role based in London, reporting to the Head of People Success in the People & Culture department. As Zscaler builds an AI-native, high-performance organization, you will serve as the senior regional partner responsible for translating global talent, leadership, and capability strategies into high-impact execution across EMEA.
What you’ll do (Role Expectations)
- Partner with EMEA business leaders and HRBPs to diagnose strategic talent priorities and align targeted People Success interventions
- Drive regional activation and adoption of enterprise talent, leadership, and performance strategies across diverse EMEA markets
- Consult with senior leaders to strengthen manager effectiveness, team performance, and critical capability development
- Translate workforce data, succession metrics, and capability insights into actionable regional talent plans
- Represent EMEA business context and emerging workforce trends to shape global People Success solutions upstream

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
- Significant experience leading Talent, Learning, Leadership, or Organizational Effectiveness strategy within complex global organizations
- Proven expertise navigating the EMEA business and talent landscape across multi-country and multi-cultural environments
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive leadership and diagnose complex organizational challenges without positional authority
- Deep experience translating global talent strategies into regional execution while balancing enterprise scale with local relevance
- Proven track record of using workforce analytics and talent insights to measure outcome impact and guide decision-making
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience driving large-scale workforce transformation or change enablement initiatives within high-growth technology companies
- Proven background in hands-on executive team facilitation and coaching
- Prior experience operating within an enterprise HR matrix combining global centers of excellence with regional business partners
