Senior Manager of Master Production Scheduling & Fabrication

Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager of Master Production Scheduling & Fabrication (Level M) to join the BDS Home Office IP&S team in Berkeley, MO, Huntsville, AL, Seattle, WA, Mesa, AZ, Ridley Park, PA, or Oklahoma City, OK!

Lead the Home Office Master Production Scheduling & Fabrication (IP&S) Tool & Process team and the Material Management and Accounting System (MMAS) and Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS) Compliance for BDS Program Management | Master Production Scheduling. This role combines people leadership, HR administration, tool and server administration, MMAS and DPAS compliance oversight, master scheduling practice leadership, training development, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders, including Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA).

Position Responsibilities:

• Employee development and people leadership

 MMAS and DPAS compliance:

• Coordinate IP&S MMAS and DPAS compliance issues and resolution with DCMA Earned Value Center and Boeing Financial Analysis – MMAS and DPAS Compliance team
• Support and guide BDS programs in development of Corrective Action Requests (CARs) and associated Corrective Action Plans (CAPs)
• Oversee maintenance and reporting of MMAS and DPAS compliance testing related to internal/external surveillance and CAR/CAP closure for all BDS programs with earned value reporting requirements
• Provide guidance to BDS leadership, program managers, functional managers, and program teams on MMAS and DPAS-compliant execution strategies

Scheduling practice leadership:

• Serve as BDS Master Scheduling & Fabrication Practice Leader
• Monitor schedule quality metrics at the BDS portfolio level
• Process compliance
• Scheduling practice effectiveness

Tools, processes, and training:

• Maintain all Command Media associated with Master scheduling & Fabrication practice and MMAS and DPAS. 
• Develop, maintain, and deliver Master Scheduling & Fabrication tool and process training
• Administer training data access (server administration)

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 10+ years of experience in Master Production Scheduling & Fabrication, Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, and/or related disciplines
• 5+ years of experience using Production Scheduling tools such as: BRAIDSS, Microsoft Project Professional, Enterprise Project Management, Aurora or a similar tool
• 5+ years of experience with MMAS AND DPAS
• 5+ years of experience leading or managing a cross-functional team

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Master’s Degree or equivalent experience

Summary pay range: $165,750 - $258,750
