As a Senior Manager - Lead Architect, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making and driving business growth. Within our Advisory practice, you will leverage advanced analytics and statistical techniques to extract insights from large datasets, focusing on exploratory and descriptive analysis, statistical modeling, and creating data visualizations to solve complex business problems and inform strategic decisions.

As a Senior Manager, you will lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You will interact with clients at a strategic level, driving overall project success. Growing as a strategic advisor, you will leverage your influence, skills, and network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems. As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be responsible for aligning the India AC team with the broader US Assurance technology vision, driving innovation and strategic direction in collaboration with US architecture teams.

Responsibilities

-Strong leadership skills, including the ability to create and manage high performing teams and ensuring a quality work environment and product.

-Experience in Full Stack development, particularly in .NET, C#, Python, React, and/or Angular.   

-Experience with microservices architecture and using Docker containers, Kubernetes/AKS in Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.

-Strong understanding of source code version control, particularly the use of git repositories.

-Strong understanding of databases, specifically Microsoft SQL Server (or PostgreSQL), MongoDB (or Cosmos DB), and Apache Spark or Databricks, and applying Microsoft’s libraries like EF Core, ADO.NET.

-Strong understanding and application of OOPs, software & web development & design patterns; event-driven, asynchronous & parallel programming concepts, and best practices.

-Understanding of primary AI related concepts – LLM, RAG, MCP and Copilot-like technologies including, but not limited to Cursor, etc.

-Ability to work efficiently with remote teams using technology and highly motivated to collaborate with the team while managing their own time very well.

-Flexibility to work with overlapping schedules with dispersed teams on various time zones.

-Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines on an as needed basis.

-Strong communicator with ability to articulate technical concepts to business, and through professionally crafted and intelligible documentation.

What You Must Have
15 - 18 years of technology experience

7 - 10 years of leadership experience

Experience with Agile methodologies – Scrum, Scaled Agile.

AI and No-SQL experience is a plus.

Oral and written proficiency in English required
