[What the role is]
To be the HR Business Partner:• to assigned divisions in the full spectrum of human resources operations functions ranging from recruitment, staff deployment and posting to exit management.
• to staff, in the employee journey and professional development.
• to develop and execute HR operational policies/plans for PA staff.
• in the efficient and effective management of current and upcoming HR business priorities.
[What you will be working on]
Business Partnering
• Business partnering for PA Divisions and manage manpower resourcing including recruitment, outreach, on-boarding, postings and secondment, re-employment, contract renewal and exit management (non-exhaustive).
• Provide professional advice to Division on the interpretation of HR policies and staff
matters (e.g., staff profile, recruitment, postings, temporal staff, re-employment, exit
strategies etc).
• Champion new ways of working by applying and implementing innovative solutions to day-to-day work.
• Leverage on technology and digital tools to optimise and enhance HR functions. This includes fostering a tech-focused and pro-digitalisation culture in the HR team.
• Use data and analytics across a range of HR functions to generate insights for
business intelligence and foresights for planning purposes.
• Promote teamwork and team learning of HR staff for greater effectiveness and productivity of HR work.
HR Administration Support
• Maintain staff records & HR databases (e.g. Workday) to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate the available positions on PA Classified.
Assist to compile emplacement, expiry of contract, extension of service and retirement cases.
• Maintain new appointment, posting and leaving service of PA staff in the Workday system.
• Monitor & update the daily movement reports such as leaving service/re-designation/transfer/postings and aid in the review of the system access rights.
• Assist Assistant Director (Business Partnering) in compilation of data such as leaving service, vacancy reports, monthly recruitment of temporary employees for reporting and analysis.
• Maintain the e-filing system/records management (e-Registry) to facilitate proper e-file records, retrieval, and routing of HR information.
• Handle HR-related inquiries from staff and provide necessary support.
General HR Support
• Collaborate & support team members on PA projects, initiatives, and HR activities.
• Perform data integrity checks to identify and rectify data inaccuracies and duplications.
