Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Lead digital marketing strategy & execution for assigned brands/business priorities.
• Translate brand objectives and customer needs into integrated digital marketing strategies & channel plans.
• Provide strategic direction across paid, owned, CRM, social, web, and other digital tactics managed both internally and by partner agencies.
• Partner with Paid Media Director to Paid Media, ensuring alignment with brand goals, audiences, and timelines.
• Collaborate to influence cross-functional planning with Brand leads and other partners across the matrixed organization.
• Oversee execution against strategy, ensuring tactics are connected to objectives, audiences, and measurement.
• Use performance insights and data to optimize digital marketing plans and identify opportunities for pilots, testing, and data-driven optimization.
• Manage agency/partner relationships.
• Coach and develop team members and contribute to broader Digital Marketing capability building.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

•  Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2-4 years of experience.  However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.  However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration. 
• Must possess knowledge of Integrated digital marketing strategy; paid and owned channels, CRM, social, and web; campaign measurement; audience planning and segmentation; pharmaceutical promotional review processes and applicable marketing compliance.
• Translate brand and customer objectives into actionable plans; manage cross-functional stakeholders and agencies; interpret marketing performance; prioritize work and coordinate execution. Additional relevant experience includes Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), or Meta Business Manager; developing and applying audience segmentation; guiding promotional assets through medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review; and designing and activating coordinated customer engagement programs across channels. These are preferred capabilities, not prerequisites.
• Ability to read and interpret complex business and/or technical documents. Ability to write comprehensive reports and detailed business correspondence.  Ability to work with managers or directors and communicate ambiguous concepts.  Ability to present to groups across the organization.
• Ability to solve problems with complex variables through non-standardized solutions that require independent judgment and analysis.  Ability to draw inferences and use deductive reasoning with no prescribed procedures to solve complex problems.
• Ability to perform computations such as percentages, ratios, and rates. 

·       Position functions semi-autonomously, with accountability for assigned brand priorities. Coaches and develops team members; direct supervisory responsibilities, if any, to be evaluated on an individual basis.

• Typically sitting at a desk or table.  Intermittently sitting, standing, walking or stooping.  Periodic travel is required.
• Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is $95,000.00 - $193,000.00 USD.
