  • Design and implement process improvements that automate manual workflows, including anomaly detection across cash flows, performance data, and account activity.
  • Lead or support system integrations across CRM, portfolio accounting, reporting, and investment platforms, including requirements gathering, testing, and validation.
  • Build and maintain scalable reporting dashboards, data models, and analytical tools that enhance decision-making and operational transparency.
  • Establish repeatable processes and controls to normalize, structure, validate, and govern investment data.
  • Contribute to data schema design, data optimization, platform enhancements, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Lead operational workstreams supporting the integration and transition of acquired firm investment, account, and performance data.
  • Provide guidance, knowledge sharing, and quality review support to team members; perform all other duties as assigned.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements:

Basic Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in investment operations, portfolio accounting, financial services, or a related analytical role.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently analyze and resolve complex operational, data, and investment-related issues with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong experience working across technology platforms, translating business needs into practical process or system solutions, and adapting quickly to new tools.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working proficiency in SQL, including complex formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and data validation.
  • Experience developing and maintaining business intelligence and reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Experience using Python, R, VBA, or similar tools for automation, data preparation, or analytical workflows.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience across core wealth management applications is strongly preferred (e.g., Black Diamond, Salesforce, CAIS, Preqin, YCharts, and Powder).
  • Experience with private investment reporting, capital activity tracking, and alternative investment data, including platforms such as CAIS.
  • Experience serving as a subject matter resource and partnering with advisors, clients, custodians, technology teams, or internal stakeholders in a platform- or systems-focused role.
