About your role
We're hiring a Senior Integrations Engineer to build the system-to-system layer behind how revenue moves through Juniper Square, and the connectivity layer that lets our internal AI agents work across those same systems. You'll join our Business Technology integrations team and work on the critical path of our Lead-to-Cash rebuild and other company-wide systems programs.
Your first focus is the connections between Salesforce, a new CPQ platform, contract management, NetSuite, and our cloud data warehouse, orchestrated through Workato. You'll replace point-to-point handoffs with governed, observable integrations, and move reporting data out of the CRM and into the warehouse where every system can use it. Your second, equally important focus is AI connectivity: building Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers over the revenue chain so that any process a person can run is a process an agent can run, and event-driven triggers so that entity-level billing events fire on their own instead of waiting for a manual review every cycle.
What you'll do
System integration
Design, build, and operate integrations across Salesforce, CPQ, contract management, NetSuite, and the data warehouse using Workato recipes, custom connectors, and APIs
Replace point-to-point and manual handoffs with reusable, documented integration patterns
Build pipelines that push operational data to the warehouse so reporting no longer depends on CRM metadata
Event-driven automation
Implement event-driven triggers (webhooks, platform events, change data capture) so billing and provisioning fire from business events such as a fund's first close, not from calendar reviews
Design for idempotency, retries, ordering, and reconciliation so financial data stays correct when a step fails
AI connectivity
Build and maintain MCP servers that expose governed read and write operations over the revenue chain to internal AI agents
Define tool contracts, permission scopes, and guardrails so agents act only within approved boundaries, with every action logged
Evaluate Workato's AI and MCP capabilities and adopt them where they fit
Security, reliability & operations
Apply least-privilege access, secrets management, and service-account hygiene to every integration
Build monitoring, alerting, and runbooks, and own incident response for the integrations you build
Meet SOX, SOC 1, and SOC 2 change-management and audit requirements for integrations that touch financial and customer data
Share design ownership and on-call coverage across the team so no critical integration depends on one person
What success looks like
First 90 days: independently own production Workato integrations and ship your first event-driven billing trigger
Within 6 months: the CPQ integrated with Salesforce, NetSuite, and the warehouse, and a first MCP server in internal use
Within 12 months: reporting data flowing to the warehouse instead of the CRM, MCP coverage across the revenue chain, and a measurable drop in manual handoffs
Required Qualifications
5+ years of software or integration engineering experience, including at least 3 years building enterprise SaaS integrations
Production experience with Workato, or with another iPaaS such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Tray.io and a willingness to go deep on Workato
Deep experience integrating Salesforce and NetSuite through their APIs (REST, SuiteTalk, SuiteScript, Platform Events, Bulk API)
Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java
Solid grasp of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, OAuth 2.0, and event-driven architecture
Experience building or consuming MCP servers, or building tool and function-calling integrations for LLM agents
A security-first approach: least privilege, secrets management, audit logging, and protection of financial and customer data
Experience with Git, CI/CD, and automated testing for integration code
Comfort working with US-based stakeholders, with a few hours of overlap with US time zones
Preferred Qualifications
Integration experience with quote-to-cash or financial systems (CPQ, billing, contract management, revenue recognition)
SQL and experience with a cloud data warehouse (Redshift, Snowflake, or similar)
Workato certifications
Daily use of AI coding tools (e.g., Claude) in your own workflow
Experience working in a SOX-controlled environment

Health, dental, and vision care for you and your family

Flex Time Off in addition to company-paid holidays
