Job Summary:

We’re looking for a strategic, data-driven Senior Integrated Media Manager to lead omnichannel campaigns, leverage ad tech, and unlock new ways to connect Design, Tech, and Innovation to drive business impact across the region.

Role: 

• Lead the development and execution of integrated media strategies and frameworks regionally to align with overarching client priorities.
• Leverage adtech capabilities and privacy evolutions to drive deeper, more actionable insights for the team while streamlining media processes and workflows.
• Manage or help build new tools, develop best practices, and deeply manage relationships with Digital Partners, Agency Partners, and technology platforms to push the boundaries of what's possible.
• Implement and advocate for consistent, globally aligned media measurement standards and methodologies.
• Lead selected key test-and-learn and experimentation roadmaps, driving the adoption of new media innovations for regional execution.
• Translate complex data and technology integrations into insightful recommendations to influence senior stakeholders, internal marketing teams, and agency partners.
• Provide stakeholders with insightful proactive recommendations, translating past business data into future-forward media strategies

You:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of relevant experience in a strategic leadership role focused on media advertising, campaign planning, optimisation, and innovation within an agency or brand.
• Deep expertise in ad technology, measurement, and the critical role data plays in connected, always-on strategies.
• Capable of visualising data and storytelling to improve decision-making, drive action, and raise relevant provocations for marketers.
• Proven ability to navigate complex matrix organisations, influence cross-functional teams, and collaborate at a senior level.
• An appreciation of structure, operational clarity and simplicity in everything you do.
• The ability to be self-sufficient, stay motivated and be a positive leader in an often fast-paced environment.
• A problem-solver, adept at facing challenges and creating solutions to maximise the output of the whole team.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.\

Contract Type: 12 months Fixed Term Contract
