Senior Integrated Designer

About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Integrated Designer to join our creative team in Dublin, supporting a leading consumer brand. This is an exciting opportunity to create impactful, integrated campaigns across digital and print channels, delivering creative work that drives engagement and business results. As a senior member of the team, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality design across multiple touchpoints, and ensuring brand consistency throughout.
What You'll Do
- Lead projects from concept through to final delivery.
- Create engaging design solutions across digital, social, CRM, print, and marketing communications.
- Develop creative concepts that align with brand and marketing objectives.
- Present and articulate design thinking to stakeholders.
- Ensure all work meets brand standards and quality expectations.
- Mentor and support junior designers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a Senior Designer or Senior Integrated Designer role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating integrated campaign work across digital and print.
- Excellent typography, layout, and visual communication skills.
- Advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience managing projects from brief to completion.
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
- Previous mentoring or team leadership experience.
- Motion design and After Effects experience is a plus.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency or in-house creative environment.
