About the role
Senior Improvements Analyst
Join AGL's Product & Pricing team and lead initiatives that improve products, pricing, processes and customer outcomes across our Residential and Business energy portfolio. Working with cross-functional stakeholders, you'll drive continuous improvement, regulatory change, operational enhancements and risk management activities from discovery through to delivery. Using data and insights, you'll identify opportunities, solve complex challenges and deliver sustainable business outcomes.
In this role will be accountable for
- Lead product, pricing and operational improvement initiatives from design through to implementation and business-as-usual support.
- Drive continuous improvement opportunities across systems, processes and customer journeys to enhance efficiency, controls and customer outcomes.
- Deliver regulatory and compliance changes, ensuring robust governance, risk management and operational readiness.
- Identify, investigate and resolve product, pricing and system issues through proactive assurance, root-cause analysis and remediation activities.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes, strengthen operational performance and support strategic business objectives.
Who We're Looking For
- Experience in product, pricing, operations, project delivery or continuous improvement within a regulated environment.
- Proven ability to lead projects, system enhancements, regulatory change and remediation initiatives from concept to implementation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and risk management skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and drive practical outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a track record of influencing decisions and delivering results across cross-functional teams.
- A proactive, improvement-focused mindset, supported by relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in a similar senior role.
