About the Role

We're looking for a Senior GTM Engineer to build the AI-powered tools, automations, and integrations that help PubNub's go-to-market teams operate more effectively.

This is a hands-on engineering role combining software development, AI agents, automation, and business systems integration. You'll work across Marketing, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success, translating operational challenges into reliable technical solutions.

You'll take ownership of projects from discovery and prototyping through production deployment, helping teams reduce repetitive work, improve data quality, accelerate execution, and make better-informed decisions.

Success means delivering production-ready tools and automations that are adopted by teams and create measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain AI-powered tools, agents, and workflow automations for go-to-market functions.
• Develop internal applications and integrations that improve prospecting, account research, lead enrichment, campaign execution, and customer intelligence.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand workflows, identify bottlenecks, and prioritise engineering opportunities.
• Build and maintain integrations with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and other business systems.
• Develop and maintain web-based applications and website infrastructure that support Marketing and Growth initiatives.
• Use LLM APIs, AI coding assistants, and agent-based development workflows to accelerate engineering productivity.
• Ensure solutions are maintainable, reliable, secure, and suitable for production use.
• Measure tool adoption, operational efficiency, and business outcomes, iterating based on stakeholder feedback.

About You

Minimum Requirements

• Strong professional software engineering experience, ideally involving full-stack development, internal tools, automation, or growth engineering.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and modern web frameworks such as React or Next.js.
• Strong experience working with APIs, system integrations, and data-driven applications.
• Practical experience building AI-powered applications, agents, or automations using LLM APIs.
• Experience taking applications from prototype to production, including testing, deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to understand business problems and independently translate requirements into working technical solutions.
• Strong ownership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong English communication skills and the ability to work with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating Salesforce, marketing automation, or revenue operations platforms.
• Familiarity with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code or Cursor.
• Experience maintaining CMS-driven websites or marketing technology.
• Familiarity with developer-focused SaaS products, API platforms, or agent-based workflows.
• Experience developing reusable internal AI tools or agent skills.
