Reporting into our Head of Paid Media, sitting at the intersection of creative, performance marketing, brand marketing and social, using insight to inform ideas and ideas to drive growth.This is a hands-on role for a creative thinker who understands performance - someone who knows how to turn learnings into better briefs, sharper storytelling, and stronger conversion.The ideal candidate blends creativity with strategic insight, understands the media landscape, digital culture, and the beauty sector, and can inspire teams and partners for breakthrough communications.

The Role
Own the creative strategy and execution for our mid- and lower-funnel paid social advertising, developing high-performing creative that drives both commercial results and brand equity.
Your day to day responsibilities will look like this:
- Partner closely with Performance Marketing to align creative strategy with channel goals, test priorities, and budgets, translating data into clear creative direction.
- Translate performance metrics and real-time ad insights into actionable, prioritised testing themes, sharper storytelling, and quick iterations.
- Own the full creative process from briefing and concept phase, through to execution and scale, building high-converting video, static, UGC, and founder-led ads.
- Shape and direct content capture at e-commerce shoots, events, and brand campaigns to ensure a continuous stream of optimal paid social assets.
- Source, brief, and collaborate with influencers and UGC creators to produce authentic, disruptively creative ad assets while effectively managing the UGC budget.
- Partner day-to-day with an in-house editor to deliver, refine, and scale high-performing video assets efficiently and at pace.
- Champion a test-and-learn mindset, running structured experimentation to optimise messaging, visual hooks, and story formats based on real-time results.
- Maintain a robust paid social asset library and explore agentic workflows to continuously improve and scale our creative process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in paid social creative, performance marketing, or digital advertising, either in-house or agency.
- Strong understanding of how creative drives performance across the funnel, particularly mid- and lower-funnel.
- Proven ability to use data and insights to inform creative decisions and optimisation.
- A highly creative thinker with strong taste, attention to detail, and commercial instinct.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to influence senior leadership with data-led creative, while seamlessly collaborating sideways to align our performance, brand, and production teams.
- Confident communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally and present ideas clearly.
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and digital culture, with a strong sense of what resonates on social.
