Summary: As our Senior Global Influencer Marketing Manager, you'll own the vision and execution of our creator strategy worldwide, from top-tier talent to emerging micro-creators and makeup artists. You'll build the relationships, partnerships and campaigns that turn creators into brand moments, manage the global influencer budget, and lead a team spanning both direct reports and in-market influencer functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Set the Global Influencer Strategy

• Develop and strategize a world-class global influencer roadmap for markets to bring to life
• Build scalable programs across talent tiers—from celebrity to mid tier influencers, makeup artists and drive brand impact
• Align influencer strategies with core marketing objectives, product launches, and brand campaigns
• Own the global influencer budget—optimize for both performance and brand equity

Build Strategic Partnerships

• Identify and lock in major creator collabs that ladder up to brand vision and revenue goals
• Oversee end-to-end creator collaborations—from ideation to execution and content rollout
• Partner cross-functionally with Brand, PR, Product Marketing, and Social teams to amplify launches
• Identify world class agencies to help support growth & collab partnerships

Drive Performance & Analytics

• Establish KPIs for creator campaigns and track performance across platforms and regions
• Use data to refine strategy and pitch new ideas with confidence
• Stay ahead of cultural trends and industry shifts to keep Huda at the forefront

Lead the Team & Scale the Function

• Manage and grow a high-performing team both direct and in-direct through in-market influencer functions
• Mentor talent and foster a culture of excellence and innovation
• Create operational systems that support rapid campaign deployment and global consistency
• Leading specific specialties of influencer marketing, makeup artists and kit development.

Own Major Moments

• Oversee execution of global seeding programs and influencer events
• Lead strategy and execution of creator activations at product launches, tentpole moments, and brand experiences
• Be a visible brand ambassador and relationship builder for the Huda Beauty name

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in celebrity or influencer management, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industry.
• Proven success leading large-scale global campaigns and immersive brand experiences.
• Deep knowledge of both classic and digital media landscapes.
• Established network of media and influencer contacts.
• Strong crisis communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Multilingual and global experience is a plus.
