Senior Full Stack Engineer (Architecture & AI-Driven Development)

• Design and deliver end-to-end technical solutions aligned with business needs
• Translate requirements into scalable, maintainable architecture and implementation plans
• Drive architectural discussions and contribute to long-term technology strategy
• Design, evolve, and optimize systems based on microservices architecture principles
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and data storage solutions
• Define and implement APIs and integration patterns across distributed systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to challenge requirements, identify risks early, and propose effective solutions
• Contribute across the full software development lifecycle (discovery → design → deployment → support)
• Drive simplification and continuous improvement of existing systems, including microservice consolidation where relevant
• Perform hands-on development across frontend and backend when needed
• Promote engineering excellence through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and best practices
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and enhance productivity

your profile 👀

• 5+ years of extensive experience in full-stack software development
• Strong understanding of software architecture and system design principles
• Proven experience designing and implementing microservices-based solutions
• Experience making architectural decisions, including technology and platform selection
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to challenge assumptions and identify optimal solutions
• Experience with backend technologies such as Go (Golang), Python, or Ruby
• Experience with Angular and JavaScript for frontend development
• Strong understanding of database design and data architecture, including relational (PostgreSQL), NoSQL, and document-oriented databases
• Ability to select the appropriate data storage solution based on system requirements
• Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude Code, or similar)
• Ability to use AI as an accelerator while maintaining ownership of technical decisions
• Experience leveraging AI for code generation, refactoring, documentation, code reviews, and workflow optimization
• Familiarity with modern engineering toolchains such as GitLab, Jira, Confluence, and APIs
• Proactive, curious, and continuously seeking improvement
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working in evolving environments with ownership and accountability
• Architecture-oriented mindset while remaining hands-on when needed
• Responsible use of AI to enhance efficiency without replacing sound engineering judgment
