About the Role:

• Operations Management: Manage daily operations to ensure the technical installation runs smoothly.
• Staff Management: Supervise and manage technical staff, including scheduling and performance reviews.
• Inventory and Stock: Maintain adequate stock levels for spares, consumables, and other supplies, and monitor critical/non critical equipment’s.
• Customer Service: Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
• Hygiene and Safety: Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations, and ensure the labs are clean and well-maintained.
• Cost Control: Manage budgets, reduce waste, and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties like record-keeping, procurement, and vendor management. 
• Required skills and experience
• Previous experience in electromechanical operations management is often required.
• Knowledge of building codes, compliances, statutory audits including service standards.
• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
