Senior Executive-QC

Job Description

Responsible for testing and analyzing raw materials, in-process and finished products using laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, LCMS, and Amino Acid Analyzer. Ensures compliance with quality standards, cGMP requirements, analytical method validations, laboratory documentation, and safety procedures while supporting routine Quality Control operations.

• Perform analysis of finished products, in-process samples, intermediate samples, miscellaneous samples, and stability samples as per pharmacopeial, in-house, and customer specifications.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments such as:Amino Acid Analyzer Gas Chromatography (GC) High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (LCMS) Analytical Balance Other QC laboratory equipment
• Conduct wet chemical analysis and testing of finished product samples.
• Execute analytical method validation and method verification activities.
• Maintain accurate laboratory documentation and records in compliance with cGMP requirements.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and laboratory standards during all QC activities.
• Take responsibility for the reporting manager's duties during their absence, when required.
• Perform additional assignments and projects as directed by senior management.
