Job Description

Responsibilities 

Business Planning & Strategic Planning 

- Help prepare annual business plans for BUs and Sales team & track progress regularly 

- Prepare & track the Strategic Plan / incentive plans as per requirements 

- Support to BUD for various PPT, working on database, trends

Business Analysis & Reporting 

- Organizational level MIS and regular reports to measure the daily/weekly/monthly/annual trends 

- Assist BUs in developing the business analysis reports & track progress on a regular basis 

- Functional tracking reports for Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs and Human Resources 

Implementation and execution of SFDC

Implementation and execution of ZYLEM

Incentive Calculation

- Responsible for calculating quarterly, annual and /or any other incentive based on Secondary data 

- Quarterly & annually incentive forecast / provisions. 

Annual incentive scheme formulation

Quarterly and Annual incentive payouts

Annual Provision- Each Qtr working

Dealer Audits

-Dealer audit process (Annual Basis)

-Dealer Performance Tracking

-Dealer Training - Annual & Induction before onboarding

Secondary Target Setting & Achievement

-Annual Target sheet preparation
