As a Senior Enrollment Specialist at Corcentric, you will join a fun, collaborative team within an ambitious, entrepreneurial global organization. You will be responsible for enrolling client suppliers into our payments program, as well as contributing your knowledge and experience towards team training and continuous improvement efforts.

This work-from-home position is available to candidates within a commutable distance of Des Moines or Cedar Rapids, Iowa, or Omaha, Nebraska, as occasional in-person training and team-building events may be required.

Successful candidates are effective communicators, comfortable spending significant time on the phone, skilled in Excel, and able to handle sensitive payment information with sound judgment and discretion.

As a Senior Enrollment Specialist, you will:

• Spend a significant portion of time on the phone, proactively calling suppliers and businesses to support profile activation within the Corcentric payment network.
• Apply excellent communication skills and product knowledge to encourage companies to convert to electronic payments by joining Corcentric payment network.
• Respond to supplier objections and provide information on the benefits of joining the payment program.
• Manage complex supplier enrollments from research and information gathering through payment-method setup, validation, completion, and accurate system documentation.
• Diagnose vendor issues and escalations, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution with a Team Lead, Manager, or partner department when needed.
• Research and verify supplier and business contact information using approved resources and advanced search techniques.
• Import, clean, filter, reconcile, and analyze enrollment and transaction data using Excel tables, lookup formulas, and PivotTables.
• Identify incomplete, duplicate, inconsistent, or unusual data and prepare accurate operational reports and supporting findings.
• Perform assigned AML and ACH transaction-monitoring reviews using established criteria, transaction history, velocity, dollar amounts, counterparties, and other approved risk indicators.
• Research and document unusual or potentially fraudulent activity, including vendor impersonation or unauthorized payment-instruction changes, and escalate concerns promptly to Risk, Compliance, or management.
• Maintain confidential, audit-ready monitoring logs, case notes, evidence, findings, and escalation records in accordance with procedures and retention requirements.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Management, Bill Pay, Validation, Financial Operations, Development, IT, Product, Risk, and Compliance to support a consistent customer experience.
• Assist with training, mentoring, process documentation, and defined team projects as a subject-matter resource.
• Recommend practical improvements that strengthen controls, improve data quality, and reduce repetitive work.
• Complete other related duties and required training consistent with the scope of the position.

Requirements

You’ll need to have:

• High school diploma or equivalent and relevant experience in supplier enrollment, payment operations, financial services, customer support, fraud operations, compliance support, or a related field.
• Experience resolving complex issues, documenting decisions and escalations, and managing multiple priorities with limited supervision.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with a service-focused approach to suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders.
• Working proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including imports, filters, sorting, lookup formulas, tables, and PivotTables.
• Experience reviewing, cleaning, reconciling, and interpreting transaction-level or operational data with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to apply procedures and sound judgment, recognize matters requiring additional review, and handle confidential information appropriately.
• Experience with CRM, payment, case-management, or web-based business applications.
• Strong accountability, organization, collaboration, curiosity, and commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.

It’s great if you also have:

• Experience in electronic B2B payments, supplier onboarding, virtual credit card, ACH, treasury operations, or payment processing.
• Experience supporting AML, fraud detection, transaction monitoring, investigations, or related financial-crime controls.
• Working knowledge of ACH payment flows, common fraud scenarios, and NACHA-related operating requirements.
• Advanced Excel or data-transformation experience, including structured tables, PivotTables, Power Query, or comparable tools.
• Experience mentoring team members, improving processes, or preparing operational, risk, compliance, or audit-support reporting.
• Relevant education or certification in business, finance, accounting, data analytics, risk, ACH, payments, fraud, AML, or compliance.

Your compensation package upon joining Corcentric will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to your relevant professional experience and qualifications: your certifications, training, and educational achievements; your geographic location; and Corcentric business and organizational requirements. It is expected that the hourly pay rate for this full-time role will be between $23-$24/hour, plus eligibility for our annual discretionary bonus program.
