MAJOR ACTIVITIES

• RFQ Preparation & Sourcing Plan Support

• Prepare RFQ packages for BOP & Non-BOP commodities.
• Support the creation and tracking of sourcing plans.
• Assist in managing sourcing progress to ensure timely completion.

• Cost Fluctuation & Performance Reporting

• Prepare cost fluctuation reports between milestones for effective tracking.
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards for BOP, Non-BOP, and quality teams.

• Purchase Order Creation & Administration Support

• Create purchase orders for all types of BOP/Non-BOP requirements.
• Provide administrative support for sourcing and procurement activities.

• Parts Exportation Sourcing & Low Turnover Commodities

• Assist in sourcing parts for exportation, focusing on LCC.
• Source low turnover commodities such as fasteners and aftersales products.

• Supplier Negotiation & Cost Reduction

• Negotiate with suppliers to control TDC (Total Delivered Cost).
• Support cost reduction initiatives to achieve better pricing and efficiency.
