Bankrate is hiring a Senior Director of Customer Success, Enterprise Demand to lead strategy and execution for our most influential distribution partners — employers, affinity groups, and channel partners who use Bankrate private marketplaces to deliver financial tools to employees and members. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of business development, product strategy, and marketing, with accountability for partner deployment, audience engagement, long-term growth, and high-intent traffic. What you will do is grow and retain enterprise partners while turning marketplace engagement into a clear ROI story. Who you are is an enterprise Customer Success or partnerships leader who has built and scaled B2B2C or channel motions and can lead a high-performing team in a product-led fintech environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead Customer Success strategy for the Demand segment, serving employees in B2B2C environments and affinity members.
• Ensure partner marketplaces are optimized for engagement, conversion, and user satisfaction.
• Expand existing partnerships, including broader employee-benefit adoption and full-company rollouts.
• Connect Product, Marketing, and Sales to improve marketplace features, audience awareness, and partner outcomes.
• Build customer-success playbooks for enterprise onboarding, time to value, and deeper long-term partnerships.
• Lead a high-performing team and translate audience-engagement data into a compelling ROI story.

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of Customer Success or Partnership Management experience.
• Experience in B2B2C, channel partnerships, or HR/Benefits technology.
• Strong understanding of digital marketplaces, user experience, and monetization.
• Demonstrated ability to grow audience and revenue within enterprise partnerships.
• Enterprise client-facing leadership experience and people-management capability.
• Preference for private marketplace or employee-benefits distribution experience.
• Comfortable working Eastern Time hours in a remote or hybrid East Coast setup.

Compensation:

Total Cash Compensation Range: $185,000 – $255,000 per year

New York City Total Cash Compensation Range: $230,000 – $319,000 per year

This role is eligible for a target bonus, which is included in the Total Cash Compensation Range above. This role is also eligible for Equity, which is offered separately from the Total Cash Compensation Range listed above. Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, and qualifications.
