- Integrate AI and emerging design tools into the workflow to improve efficiency, creativity, and output quality
- Maintain rigorous quality control on typography, imagery, consistency, and overall polish across every deliverable
- Stay current on design innovation, marketing trends, entertainment releases, and pop culture to inform and inspire the work
- Contribute to team templates, best practices, and the evolution of the team’s creative standards
- Responsible for supervising and mentoring a direct report, ensuring they are effectively trained in administrative tasks that support the team’s preparation and delivery of client presentations.
Qualifications
- 6-8+ years of professional design experience, ideally in an agency, studio, brand, or in-house creative environment

- Expert-level fluency in Keynote, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong command of emerging design and AI tools, with a clear point of view on how to use them to raise the quality and speed of the work
- A high personal bar for quality and ability to self-edit before work leaves your desk
- Strong time management skills, ability to define and hit review checkpoints and deadlines across multiple concurrent projects
- A collaborative, adaptable working style, comfortable taking feedback, pivoting quickly, and partnering closely with creative colleagues and sales leads
