We are looking for a Senior Demand Marketing Manager to join our Partnerships team and lead the development and delivery of UPP's demand generation and marketing strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how we attract, engage and retain students while supporting occupancy, revenue performance and long-term growth across our university partnerships.

Working closely with university partners and colleagues across Sales, Pricing, Accommodation Services and Commercial teams, you'll translate customer insight, market intelligence and business objectives into high-impact marketing strategies and campaigns that deliver measurable results.

This role is based at our award-winning London office, conveniently located near London Bridge, Cannon Street and Monument stations, and offers a hybrid working pattern with 3 days per week in the office. You will have the opportunity to visit our university sites across the UK, including attendance at open days and student recruitment events.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Develop and lead UPP's marketing strategy and annual marketing plan, aligned to occupancy, revenue and growth objectives.
• Lead integrated demand generation campaigns across digital, social, CRM, content and university partner channels.
• Own the digital acquisition strategy, including PPC, SEO, paid social, retargeting and emerging channels.
• Optimise marketing investment to maximise traffic, leads, conversion, bookings and occupancy performance.
• Lead CRM and customer communications activity across the full student lifecycle, from initial enquiry through to advocacy.
• Build and strengthen relationships with university partners, providing marketing expertise and delivering accommodation marketing strategies that support student recruitment and occupancy objectives.
• Lead UPP's social media, student engagement, creator and advocacy strategies to build awareness and engagement with student audiences.
• Establish and track marketing KPIs, measuring campaign effectiveness, ROI and customer acquisition costs.
• Lead and develop the Marketing team, manage agency relationships and drive marketing excellence across the organisation.
• Champion best practice, innovation and the effective adoption of emerging technologies and AI within marketing activity.

We are looking for you to have significant senior marketing experience, with:

• Proven experience developing and delivering successful marketing strategies within a commercial environment.
• Strong expertise across demand generation, brand marketing, CRM, content, digital and performance marketing.
• A track record of driving customer acquisition, conversion and measurable commercial results through marketing activity.
• Strong experience managing marketing budgets, agency relationships and investment decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across internal teams and external partners.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including CRM, SEO, PPC, paid social and marketing automation.
• A data-driven approach, using customer insight, analytics and performance data to optimise decisions and improve outcomes.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.

Experience within student accommodation, higher education, property, hospitality or another customer-focused, multi-site environment would be advantageous. Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms would also be beneficial.
