Senior Customer Activation Manager
About the role
Senior Customer Activation Manager is responsible for orchestrating the planning and execution of customer, trade and shopper activation initiatives across different channels. This role ensures that impactful, commercially sound retail executions are managed across commercial teams in a timely and flawless manner, respecting established ways of working and business prioritization.
We are looking for an analytical, business-oriented person who can work confidently with data, draw strategic and practical conclusions from it, and translate those insights into clear activation recommendations. The person should also be able to prepare the tools and action plan needed to successfully implement the recommended solutions in the business.
This is a high-impact role with responsibility leading high sales-generating brands for Haleon business, which calls for a strategic, commercially minded individual who can unlock value in mature brands, identify innovative growth opportunities, and turn insights into action. Success in this role will depend on close collaboration across Marketing, Sales, and NRM, bringing different functions together to drive strong brand performance and shared business results.
The role is located in Poland and reports into Commercial Excellence Lead for Poland.
Role Responsibilities
Develop and manage annual and quarterly activation calendars for Haleon brands across channels and customers.
Translate brand and category strategies into customer-specific activation plans and align them with with commercial priorities and sales targets.
Collaborate with Customer Marketing, Sales, and Category teams to design the workplans for execution of key in-store and digital activations.
Monitor and optimize activation performance based on critical KPIs i.e. ROI, uplift and other business metrics.
Lead cross-functional activation projects using agile principles (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives), managing timelines, budgets, and stakeholder alignment.
Act as a key liaison between commercial teams, including office and field based.
Why you?
Basic Qualifications:
Min. 5 years of success proven experience in customer activation, shopper, category activation, or NRM function in consumer healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, draw conclusions and translate them into strategic, actionable plans.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Experience working with IQVIA or Nielsen data.
Ability to work with Power BI reports.
Project management skills.
Solid communication, negotiation, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent written and spoken Polish and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in commercial roles.
Customer margin and P&L understanding.

PLN 128 842,00 - PLN 177 158,30 The salary range for this position is indicative and provided as a guide. The final offer may vary depending on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
