Role:

The Marcom Design Team owns, develops, and stewards Northwood's marketing and communications across brand identity, go-to-market campaigns, digital, .com, and product initiatives.

The team is looking for a Senior Creative Producer to lead the production of that work from brief to final delivery. This role owns scope, schedule, budget, and resourcing across campaigns, video and motion, photography, digital, .com, social, print, merchandise, and events, and is the connective tissue between creative, marketing, communications, product, and external partners. The producer protects the creative vision through every stage of production and ensures work ships on time, on budget, and at the highest level of craft.

The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, obsessive about the details, and able to turn complexity and ambiguity into a clear plan that everyone can follow.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end production of creative work from brief through concept, production, post-production, and final delivery

• Define project scope with internal and external partners, and build and manage schedules, budgets, and resource plans that hold up under change

• Lead production of video, motion, photography, and static content, including shoots, edits, and asset finishing

• Source, brief, negotiate with, and manage external partners such as production companies, photographers, animators, editors, print vendors, and freelancers

• Run the operating rhythm of the team: kickoffs, reviews, approvals, status, and handoffs, keeping information and deliverables moving across all stakeholders

• Manage asset delivery, specs, versioning, and localization so final files are correct for every channel and partner

• Oversee print and merchandise production, including quotes, proofs, press checks, and quality control

• Partner with the Head of Creative to prioritize the team's workload, forecast capacity, and flag risk early

• Establish and document production processes, templates, and tooling that make the team faster and more consistent

• Manage confidentiality around unannounced products and launches

Basic Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience producing creative or marketing work, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead producer role at a brand, agency, or production company

• A track record of shipping integrated campaigns across video, digital, .com, social, and print at a high level of craft

• Proven ability to independently manage budgets, timelines, scope, and production and post-production partners

• Deep familiarity with video, photo, and motion production, from pre-production through delivery

• Working knowledge of print and manufacturing practices, including color, stock, finishing, and vendor management

• Fluency in production and project management tools, and comfort working alongside designers in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, with an established network of production partners

• Clear, direct communication and the ability to align designers, marketers, engineers, and executives around one plan

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience producing live events, trade shows, or product launches

• Experience in a technology, hardware, or aerospace company

• Familiarity with 3D, real-time, or AI-assisted production workflows
