Senior Commercial Partnerships Manager - Agentic Commerce 

Adyen is looking for a Senior Commercial Partnerships Manager to lead the commercial activation of Agentic Commerce across Agent Developer partnerships and our broader North American partner ecosystem. As we scale integrations with partners such as Google, Meta, Amazon, Microsoft, OpenAI, and others, this role will bridge product, partner platforms, and commercial execution by developing joint GTM strategies, driving adoption through priority partners, and representing Commercial Partnerships in the internal planning and execution of our Agentic Commerce strategy.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as the primary commercial GTM lead for priority Agent Developer partnerships, ensuring alignment on objectives and impact.
• Develop and own the joint GTM plan per partner, including prioritization of initiatives, recommendation of GTM investment, execution, partner commitments and measurement of commercial impact and ROI.
• Serve as an Agentic Commerce SME for priority Premier and Premier+ partners in North America, supporting strategic partner and merchant engagements to accelerate understanding, activation and product adoption.
• Represent Commercial Partnerships in relevant Agentic Commerce strategy, roadmap and planning forums, bringing partner-market feedback into internal decision-making and translating product priorities into commercial partner motions
• Identify the enablement journey, materials and commercial motions required for CPMs to engage each partner type, and coordinate with Partner Marketing, Product Marketing and Product to continuously develop, brief and refresh these assets.
• Facilitate joint webinars, merchant dinners, and other industry events to build market awareness, partner engagement and merchant adoption.
• Identify and activate new partner categories and commercial motions as the Agentic Commerce ecosystem evolves

Who You Are: 

• Experienced in commercial partnerships, ideally within the fintech or payments space.
• Skilled in GTM execution, including creating playbooks, managing partner commitments, prioritizing GTM investment, measuring commercial impact, and aligning cross-functional teams.
• Comfortable acting as a subject matter expert in senior internal, partner and merchant conversations, with the ability to translate emerging product capabilities into clear commercial implications.
• Capable of translating technical product features into commercial opportunities and enablement materials.
• Experienced in facilitating high-level partner events, partner campaigns, and webinars.
• Able to manage complex, multi-stakeholder relationships effectively.

Annual OTE ranges from $215,000 - 275,000 inclusive of base salary and commercial bonus. This role has an additional equity component. This range is based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and geographic location; to learn more about our compensation philosophy, please click here.
