Role Overview

We are inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced Senior Civil Planning Engineers for a potential major infrastructure project in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The successful candidate will support strategic infrastructure planning, master planning, and utility planning for large-scale development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead urban civil and infrastructure planning activities for major developments.

• Provide technical advice on wet and dry utility planning during early project stages.

• Support strategic advisory, feasibility studies, and master planning activities.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated planning solutions.

• Prepare and review planning reports, studies, and technical submissions.

• Support client engagement and project development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum 12 years of experience in urban civil and infrastructure planning.

• Experience in wet and dry utilities planning, strategic infrastructure planning, and master planning.

• Proven experience across feasibility studies, pre-concept planning, framework plans, and concept master planning.

• Experience at Associate or Associate Director level preferred.

• Strong stakeholder management and technical communication skills.
