The Role

As Senior Campaign Operations Manager (all genders), you'll be the operational backbone of Lucanet's demand generation engine. You'll partner closely with our global campaign strategy owners, turning strategy into reliably executed, accurately tracked, on-time campaigns. You'll own the full campaign lifecycle from intake through launch, and reporting, to keep execution fast, clean, and measurable. 

This role is ideal for a seasoned campaign operations professional who has built genuine mastery in project management and wants to be the dependable expert for the rest of the marketing team. You'll report to the Team Lead for Campaigns and work alongside specialists in social, content, paid, and webinars.

What you'll do

• Build and own multi-channel campaign project plans, managing timelines, owners, and dependencies across social, content, paid, and webinars
• Partner with the campaign strategy lead on gating decisions and campaign briefs before build begins
• Maintain standard operating procedures, naming conventions, and reusable campaign templates to scale execution without adding headcount
• QA campaigns against brief, brand voice, and Lucanet messaging guardrails before launch
• Track campaign KPIs using Dreamdata and Lightdash; flag cycle-time bottlenecks and SLA slips before they hit deadlines
• Own campaign-ops inputs feeding the bi-weekly leadership report on new logo pipeline and performance
• Turn post-campaign data and execution learnings into recommendations for the next cycle

What you bring

• Proven hands-on experience managing multi-channel B2B SaaS marketing campaigns across markets, including new logo or demand generation work
• Day-to-day administration of a marketing automation platform (HubSpot or Salesforce) from a marketing user perspective
• Workflow and project management expertise using tools like Teamwork or equivalent
• Strong cross-channel trafficking and QA skills with an obsessive eye for detail
• A process-oriented mindset: you document SOPs and refine checklists every time you touch them
• Reliable execution under multiple concurrent deadlines
• Experience with Dreamdata, Lightdash, or equivalent marketing analytics platforms
• Proactive risk-flagging habits and a continuous-improvement approach to campaign execution
• Background in a martech stack including HubSpot, Salesforce, and workflow automation
