Our Talent Acquisition Team is on a mission to seek out and build a talented team by finding new GetYourGuide stars who will contribute to our international growth. While looking for top talent, we have a candidate-centric approach to ensure a best-in-class recruitment experience for all our candidates and hiring managers. We are growing fast, and so is our demand for great talent across the business. We are looking for a passionate, people-focused and strategic Senior Business Recruiting Lead to join our People team and lead a team of 9: experienced Business Recruiters, Talent Operations Specialists and Sourcers.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll guide, mentor and scale a team that plays a critical part in shaping our future. You’ll own and be accountable for Business (non-tech) hiring end-to-end—acting as the primary partner to business leaders and the People team to build the talent plans and execution needed to support our growth. Your mission

• Lead and develop a team of 9 Business Recruiters, Talent Operations Specialists, and Sourcers—setting clear goals and success metrics, ensuring delivery against hiring targets, managing performance, and driving productivity, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the function.
• Partner and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders (up to C Level) to define hiring priorities and deliver high-quality hires across all Business functions, including Marketing, Sales, Supply, Finance, Operations, Legal and People.
• Collaborate closely with the wider People function (e.g., People Partners, Rewards, People Services) to build strong, trusted relationships and ensure seamless alignment across talent, people programs, and core people processes .
• Set the strategic direction for your team, define the roadmap, and ensure alignment with overarching business goals
• Monitor and optimize recruitment metrics (time to hire, pipeline conversions etc.) to drive performance and impact
• Own and initiate key talent projects that level-up how we attract and engage quality talent
• Be a true talent partner — advising, challenging, and bringing insights to help our leaders hire smarter and faster whilst maintaining our hiring bar
• Stay ahead of industry trends and bring in fresh ideas, tools, and practices to keep us at the top of our game

Your toolkit

• You have 5+ years of in-house Talent Acquisition experience across business and/or tech hiring, with a strong focus on business functions.
• You have 2+ years of people leadership experience, with a proven track record of developing and steering teams to deliver against core goals.
• You’re data-savvy and can grasp various tools to make smart, strategic decisions
• You have strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and consult senior stakeholders up to C-level
• You’re happy to get hands-on when needed, especially when it comes to senior or strategic hires
• You’re not afraid of the operational side of things — you stay on top of admin tasks like position management and you’re always looking for ways to improve processes
• You work well in a fast-changing, ambiguous environment and keep things moving forward
• You are a natural collaborator — whether it’s with the People team or business leaders, you bring others along and build trust across the board
