Team mission

GetYourGuide is building the world’s leading platform for travel experiences. Our B2B brand is the face of that business to thousands of suppliers globally — and we’re looking for a Senior Brand Designer to own the craft that makes it exceptional.

This is a hands-on design role. You will be the primary designer on B2B brand work — executing at a high level across campaigns, events, product touchpoints, and brand systems. You will set the visual standard for the B2B design team and for freelancers and agencies you work alongside.

This role sits within Creative Studio, reporting to the Design Lead, and works in close collaboration with Creative Strategy B2B and Strategic Operations. Craft is the foundation of this role — creative excellence is the goal. Your ownership is craft and creative: the design decisions and execution that make the work exceptional, and the relentless push to raise what “good” looks like. Beyond craft, you bring creativity and a drive for creative excellence, elevating the work of everyone in Creative Studio, including the freelancers and agencies you work alongside.

Your mission

• Campaign work — 360 campaigns including our flagship supplier product release, our annual industry research publication, and seasonal campaigns across supplier-facing channels.
• Events — our flagship supplier summits bringing together B2B suppliers in Berlin, Bangkok, and Sydney, plus tradeshows and field events across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas. You own the visual identity for bespoke events end-to-end.
• Brand systems — extending and applying the B2B brand guidelines across all touchpoints; building playbooks, templates, and toolkits that allow the team to scale without starting from scratch.
• Product x Brand integration — aligning B2B brand expression with product surfaces, marketing UI, and the supplier website.

Your toolkit

We are looking for a designer whose work is immediately recognisable for its quality and creativity: someone who actively pushes creative excellence forward and raises the bar in every file they open.

• 5+ years of brand design experience, with a strong portfolio spanning campaigns, identity, and systems.
• Exceptional execution across both digital and print — you are as comfortable designing a hero visual as you are building a scalable template system.
• Highly organized, with experience working in a fast-moving in-house team, managing multiple workstreams simultaneously without losing quality.
• Proven ability to brief and elevate freelancers and agencies through the quality of your own work.
• Fluency in Figma; experience working within and extending established brand systems.
• Proven experience building scalable design systems — templates, guidelines, and toolkits that allow teams to execute consistently without starting from scratch.
• Experience reviewing and art-directing website landing pages — you understand how brand expression translates to product surfaces and marketing UI.
• A clear point of view on design — you bring a hypothesis to every brief and can articulate why your decisions serve the brand and the business.
