As a Software Engineer, you are a core partner in the product team, shaping not just how we build, but what we build. You will join a culture of radical end-to-end ownership, where teams deploy to production dozens of times a day. AI-Native Software Development: AI is part of how we build software. You will leverage modern AI tools and agentic workflows as part of your daily development process to accelerate implementation, improve code quality, automate repetitive work, and explore technical solutions faster—while applying strong engineering judgment every step of the way.

Your Experience & Qualifications

Must Haves

• 5+ years of software development experience building production-grade software.
• Strong experience with modern backend and/or frontend technologies in large-scale production environments.
• Proven track record of owning features or services from design through production.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-powered development tools (such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar) as part of your daily engineering workflow.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including system design, testing, code reviews, and CI/CD.
• Experience working closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
